  • Absentee homeowners with property
  • Owner lives anywhere in the US
  • One record per owner
  • Owner Age 50+
  • High Equity –LTV 0-59% (at least
  • 41% equity plus all loan payments made)Also includes property where we don’t know the LTV.
  • Home Value up to $800,000
  • Eliminate property known to be purchased 2007 or later
  • Single Family and Multifamily homes

Seniors

  • Senior homeowners with property
  • Owner Occupied
  • One record per
  • Age 66+
  • High Equity –LTV 0-59% (at least 41% equity plus all loan payments made)
  • Also includes property where we don’t know the LTV.
  • Home Value up to $450,000
  • 15+ year residence
  • Single Family and Multifamily homes

  • Non Owner Occupied
  • Vacant
  • Single family
  • Min 9 years ownership
  • Individual owner
  • 70% equity
