How are the Virtual Agents chosen and vetted?

We accept applications and referrals from other agents already a part of our team. We only choose agents with a college education and relevant work experience. All agents go through a three phase interview, including a personality test. 

Will multiple Assistants help me, or just one person?

You’ll be working with one agent. This person will do 95% of the work you need done. You will have a dedicated campaign manager to monitor and manage your campaign, who will be your point of contact for any questions. You’ll be also able to email and call your assigned agent directly.

How does the pricing work?

Pick a monthly plan based on the number of hours you need. Your agent will proactively make sure they’re helping in additional areas to make sure they’re maximizing those hours. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

How are the Virtual Agents trained?

Agents undergo an onboarding process which includes live training calls, attending courses on our agent portal and more. Based on their experience, preferences, and interests, we also train them in more specialized tasks.

What skills do the agents already have?

How do I track the remaining hours and leads generated for me?

We send you a daily report with all the statistics and tasks accomplished by the agent. You will also have access to a unique campaign report page where you can view the hours spent so far, call stats, lead information and much more
